Andrew has over 20 years of experience in business strategy including managing assets for individuals, trusts, and corporations. He founded The Dietz Group in 1996 during his tenure at Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc.
Andrew is a graduate of Loyola College where he received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance.
In the past, he has served as a FINRA Principal and Options Principal. Andrew has been a daily financial commentator on WBAL and also hosted “The Money Show” on WJFK.
Andrew is active in his church and enjoys donating time to many charitable causes, including Save A Heart Foundation, Vietnam Veterans of America, Race for the Cure and the Wood Duck Initiative.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys hooking Billfish (White Marlin, Blue Marlin, & Sailfish), chasing Giant Bluefin Tuna, Waterfowl Hunting, traveling and skiing with his family.
Andrew lives in Hunt Valley, Maryland with his two young children Luke and Sophie.

Mark has a niche in working with federal government employees. He understands the challenges in managing financial goals and available options and investments. Having taught the planning portion of the retirement class for many of the Federal Agencies, he is very familiar with the Thrift Savings Plan and the different defined benefit plan offered.
Since 9/11 Mark has had a working relationship with the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation and is a member of the Local Area Response Team for Maryland. As such is and expert with the Line of Dudy Death benefits along with the defined benefits and deferred benefits.(457, 401k, etc.) This focus is close to Mark's heart as his son, Benjamin, is a Lieutenant with the Anne Arundel County Fire Department and also a PA at Baltimore Washington Medical Center Emergency Department.
